Reservation Package: Church - Civic Group
Making your reservation online:
Simply enter the number of attendees as the quantity and select your desired attendance date and time of day from the calendar.
The system will automatically calculate the total cost. You will have the option of paying online via credit card or select the payment option "Check".
If this is your first time making an online reservation, the system will guide you through the creation of your online account.
Reservation Confirmation:
Once your reservation or e-mail is submitted it will have a status of "Pending". You will be contacted by a Corn Maze administrator to discuss your reservation and confirm the date, time and number of attendees. When all details have been confirmed, your online reservation record will be updated to "Confirmed" and you will receive a confirmation email.

There is 20 person minimum requirement for this reservation package. If your groups does not meet the minimum, please e-mail us under Contact Us - Please be sure to enter the total number that will be in your group in the quantity box on the next page of the shopping cart - and remember - if the total is not 20 or higher, you must contact us instead of proceeding with this reservation form.

Notes:
Costs: The cost per attendee for admission is $6.50 which includes 3 attraction tickets. All activities on the grounds are covered under the cost of admission, but the Carousel, Cow Train, Slingshots and hayride to the pumpkin patch are ticketed activities.
Attractions: If you select the Include Attraction Tickets Option the system will automatically add $3.00 per attendee to your reservation cost and each attendee will receive three (3) additional attraction tickets.
Age Range: Please select the age range of the attendees
Special Needs: Be sure to indicate whether any attendees will have special needs.
Meals: Please indicate whether you will want meal packages for the attendees and how many. We will contact you to determine meal types and costs.
